These Terms of Service govern the website closterrepublicans.com (the "Site") and the mobile text messaging program of the Election Fund for Glidden Cho and Jethani ("the Campaign," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Mobile Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from the Campaign.
- Message types: campaign updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, Election Day reminders, and requests for donations.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on campaign activity.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Opt out: text STOP to the number you received a message from at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from this program.
- Help: text HELP to any message, or email admin@closterrepublicans.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
- Consent is specific to this program and does not constitute consent to receive calls or messages from other programs or third parties.
- Mobile carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes about the 2026 Closter Mayor and Council election. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Links to third-party sites, such as our donation page on Anedot, are governed by those sites' own terms.
